Tour of available properties Downtown Pensacola Florida

Good morning from downtown Pensacola. Today I'm going to be taking you on a broker tour. I'm actually going out to be looking at four houses in the downtown area and the price points are going to range from $225,000 to just under $400,000. 

Different range of cottage-style homes, some three-bed, I think one of them may be a two-bed, but I thought it would be a great opportunity to show you what we have out here right now in the downtown area. It is, if you're thinking, a very good time to buy a property. Summer's coming, Pensacola is amazing. These properties I'm going to be showing you today are all extremely close to downtown. You can get a golf cart, a bicycle, take a stroll. 

So let's go on the tour, come with me. I'm at the first listing at North East Street here in Pensacola and I've had a little preview. It's absolutely charming inside, I can't wait to show you. 

This is a three-bedroom, two-bath home listed at $399,000. Honestly, I don't think this one's going to stay around too long, even though average days on market is usually kind of up there around three months now. This is adorable, especially with its location. We're just off Main Street where we have Joe Paddy's Seafood Restaurant, it's just at the back of there. 

Beautiful homes surrounding this and I'm going to take you inside. I mean, you could walk to downtown from here. If you like farmer's markets, you'll be there, 10-minute walk. 

It's absolutely amazing. I even have a couple of friends who I'm going to sneak peek this one too. But let me spin with the camera, take you inside on that little tour, bear with me. 

That was so cute. Let me just take you now onto the next one and see what you think of that. All right, here we go. 

Actually, let me just show you the street. You can see just behind me there, that's Main Street, Joe Paddy's, and then we're just kind of spinning around here. There we go. 

Fabulous downtown location. Let's go. Now I'm at property number two, which is just behind me. 

We're on West Gregory Street, so a little bit further west than our first property. This is a newer construction, a cottage-style. List price just under $385,000. 

I'm going to take you in so you can have a little look. Here I am outside property number three, and this one is listed at just under $290,000. I believe. 

I can double check those facts for you. Again, another gem. Church right opposite, not too far at all from downtown Pensacola, and it is that cottage style. 

It's been renovated inside, as you'll see in a moment. So let me flip the camera and take you on a little tour. So now I'm West Larua at the fourth property in the tour, and it's a charming little cottage behind me. 

It's a three-bed, one-bath. Priced at under $225,000. So come on in and let's check this one out.

So okay, I'm just jumping back on because this house is absolutely adorable. It's under $225,000. Three beds. 

I mean, it would be a perfect little downtown retreat, or if you wanted to use it as Airbnb, that would definitely happen. It's just cute, cute, cute. Let me take you inside. 

You're going to love it. So of downtown Pensacola. Some of them very walkable. 

Two in particular really stood out to me. I love that first property. Lots of space. 

Really close. And then the last one, that little cottage was extremely charming. Would make a fabulous Airbnb, or really if you just want a little cottage to live in.
